Any pre-paid valid gift cards will be refunded in Australia or if desired we can convert to Good Group New Zealand vouchers for use at any of our 10 New Zealand restaurants or bars in Auckland and Queenstown. (subject to terms and conditions)

The cutoff date for accepting claims for refunds is up until 28th February 2025.

For those who have claimed previously and provided the required bank details will receive a confirmation email once payment has been made.
